Just received my new Skythuimper STX65, and am very happy with it. Have been using a 636L for a while, but have missed that rk56 feel, and Sparky's mic is perfect!

Everyone that has dealt with Mike at Radioacitve Radios already knows what he is about but this is to anyone looking to buy new radio equipment and not knowing what kind of company Mike runs.

I recently purchased several items from Mike at Radioactive Radios and one of the items I purchased was a Wilson magnet mount antenna, which was defective. Wilson was being slow in doing a warranty exchange. So Mike not only sent me a new one but it ended up costing him more than he originally charged me, causing him to take a loss. Now that is A ONE costumer service!!!!

i forgot to mention i got the sky thumper mic too and it is a very good mic .i gave it a real world test and it passed.i switched the mic out with my d104 and talkede to the g/f on her way home from work.she didnt know i changed mics until i told her .so it must be a darn good sounding mic to pass off as my d104....lol...thanks sparky.
