Adding a larger whip to a Wilson 1000

If I was to add a larger whip to my Wil 1000 would there be any problem? I have the SWP 4600 Turbo in a 4-door. If I wanted to get up higher could I add the longer whip? SWR??? I don't think it would be a prob. How bout it?

longer you would have to cut it for CB Freqs, longer whip on the Wilson 1000 is for other freqs

In other words, you will end up cutting the new whip down to the old size to get your SWR's back in line.

If you want hight, get another antenna.
