Good radio shop needed...

I won a Cobra 148GTL-F on eBay. The seller advertised this radio as "like new" with no scratches. Needless to say, that wasn't the case. The front panel is scratched up as are the top and bottom radio covers. The power plug in the back is damaged...if the plug isn't in there just right, the power goes out. The radio transmits but has little to no audio and there are no TX indicators on the meter...you can't even do a calibration to set the SWR or even take an SWR reading. I suspect the radio is dead transmit wise because sitting next to my base station with the antenna plugged into the 148, the meter on the base only reflects a reading of 7. Granted, there's no antenna connected to it but considering the 148 is right next to the base, it should be reading almost full scale.

So, who's really good at repairing radios? This one has been unmodified as far as "extra frequencies" are concerned and I'd like to keep it that way.
