Hi All,
So here is what I did.
1.Take the meters out and unsolder them making note of where each color wire goes.
2.In the back of the meter you will see a hole with a screw in it.
3. And a half moon slot just below that for centering on the scale.
4.Peel off the tape that is covering these holes.
5. With a small jewelry screwdriver turn the screw counter clockwise you may hear a snap that's OK you just broke the lock tight.
Keep turning it till you see the meter needle free.
6.Turn it back to where it is snug but the needle is still free.You're done
7. Re solder and put back in.
