I FINALLY got him on the phone and just ordered my SWP General Lee, with a 636L, and a Wilson 5000. After weeks of painstaking research and total confusion in what to buy, Mr. RA put my mind at ease in minutes. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. AND he gave me one hell of a deal too!!!

Can't wait to get my stuff, but take your time Mr. RA and do it right.

I am going to find out what it's really all about. The hard part is done...that is talking to wife into it.

I am going to use the tax refund to buy a new base from RA even though the Galaxy is working fine. Reason is what RA says on their web page...they address the problems that I have had when dealing with others.
The other reason is the testimonials from other forum members & the fact RA answers email & actually cares about the customer being happy.

RA took the time to talk to me on the phone even though I didn't buy from them yet. I didn't know about them when I bought the mobile.
I was not planning on buying a base but I just gotta see what a RA radio is like.

I can't wait & can't tell you how much I am looking forward to this... :D

I'll be sure to give an update when I get my rig installed. But I'm sure it will be all thumbs up.
My next thing is an amp, which I'll buy from RA, unless I happen to find a real deal on here.
Then will be the base station. I'll probably wire the Gen Lee with a plug so I can take it out of the truck and hook it up to a power supply inside, once I get an antenna up on the house that is. But I'm getting way WAY ahead of myself.

Got my G Lee today and all I have to say is Never had a radio like his. People listen and want to see who is the new kid on the block with that great sounding radio.
