well as I have admitted, I am new around here and haven't dalt with all the sponsors by a long shot. I have dealt with a few and one in particular showed me that good old fashioned customer service is still around. I want to say thanks to smiley for all the help, the forum discount, and just the polite willingness to help without continually reminding me how wonderful his company is as some do that I've talked to. excellent communication and custmer service seems to be his goal.....

Have not dealt with smiley yet.... but from the reviews it seems I will sooner or later. Good to have yet another great vendor on the forum.... The thing that has impressed me most about this forum is how most all want to help you set up and achieve what YOU want.... not what the norm always is.... And, what you can afford.... think about it. It's made a difference for me in more than dollars...
