Ranger 2990 help!!!

On the Ranger 2990,
So here goes idiots questions for the radio.

It has a 6 digit freq counter how does one read that, all my old radios only had 5 digits, and freqs seem to be listed in books as 5 digits

Is there a way for it to display CB Channels like some radios that do it right beside the freq readout, or is it just time to learn freq's?

Does the 2990 have Echo?

Is there an place I can download a manual online, the Ranger site doesn't seem to have the 2990 listed,

I believe the 2990 has a "LOCK" button push that and that should lock in your basic forty. I have wanted that radio for a while.

push the man button that will take you to 1-40. on the freq counter the last # should be a 0 on am. as far as echo, i don't remember. i don't think so. hope this helps.

Sounds like a echo knob. not sure. sorry

Processor could be speech processor, which is for shooting skip on ssb. It basically makes your voice easier to understand.
