WOW! I put word out by email to a few friends I work with that I was looking for a free tower for a base antenna and BAM they came through. Found 2 free ones that are self standing and possibly 2 more!! I just gotta see if they are one piece or come in sections to decide how I need to transport them. Now the problem lies in getting a base to mount them to since they must be put in cement like they are now.
He doesn't know except they are taller than his house. He installed both of them 20 years ago for tv antennas for him and his parents who both now have cable. He doesn't remember the company name or even how they were installed. But he did say he has climbed both in his younger days to install the tv antennas which are now just a mast with no elements left.
