Looking for help and schematic for Uniden PC68XL

Hello everybody,

I and trying to repair CD radio Uniden PC68XL. It rece9ive signal but does not transmite.

When transmiting is activated my current at 12V is less than 500mA. I have no expirience with CB radio but it should be a lot more?

Tested output transistor and several small parts.

Audio output was bad but by replacing the IC and resistor for power supply it is now OK.

Can anybody help with these?

It is definatelly contact problem that im unable to locate!

If I press PCB board hard than its working nice. Yes I did resolder contacts, ALL OF THEM!!! but it still doing this problem!
Its probably crack on the board that im unable to see

a bad solder joint, but you already have tried that, could be a cracked board like you said, not really sure

What a nightmare!

The problem was resistor which was touching the metal shield of one of the coils! Whatever you tauch on the unit it effected this contact!
