galaxy dx-44 no recieve or transmit

i have a galaxy dx-44 and it wont recieve at all the needle moves when somebody talks but i cant hear anything and when i key up it will deadkey but not modulate i put a new audiochip in same as what came with it and it didnt fix anything and it isnt my mike or speaker does anybodyyyyyyyy know what could be wrong

sqelch is down rf gain wide open can somebody really help me out

maybe the PA switch or knob got bumped
