Just wondering that you set up your specs to a maco 103. Are your elements exactly the same as the maco specs. You must have the same to set up for maximum gain as the diameter of the elements affect the resonating frequency. This is called stepped diameter correction. Yagi mechanic is a good program to work out differences in element diameter to resonance. Also check out this site for some different beams . http://home.planet.nl/~poelm348/BEAMS.html.
