I am not confused. To get me where I am going is like a Star Trek Dream where you want you're looking up at the sky and dreaming about going where no man has gone before.

With my Radio Shack TRC-447 only thing I am doing is dreaming about reaching out there in DX Land. When I get a better Antenna and Radio then I might have gotten somewhere. Where I can go where everyman has gone before !

Thats a 4" exhaust duct for gas hot water heaters to vent through the roof of your house and the piece on top is a reg vent for a HVAC system. with a top mounted 5000 btu window unit attached to a metal plate. All of this to cool the inside via the sunroof. Considering it is pulling hot air from outside to cool and blow down I would say that it would not be very effective and for the expense, trouble, scratches, and electricity involved that it would have to be an Alabama redneck.

Cause I like listening to it but not opining to it.

Who uses Skype ? And who want to start a skype cast every Saturday Night talking about using the CB ? Getting people who are in DX Land to chat about there CB usages and models etc just to keep the people out there who use other technology other than the CB Radio to get them off of paid services and back into the free world of CB World really and not really type of situation. I know this is a give and take kind of situation ? People who get a small CB like a TRC 447 and old Marine Antenna can do alot with it than with Skype.

I am a regular on 27.085. It is dual purpose for me since it's a local frequency in So Cal.

Well I can't hear California cause my Antenna is not high up in the AIR. It's just low down to the ground.

Since the Skip was excellant yesterday and it's boring tonight not much skip coming in it's like I can hear as far as Missouri when it's rolling sometimes Kansas. I wish I could get someone to get my Antenna up higher so I can do more with my little TRC-447 Radioshack.

We got some skip in the CB and I enjoyed it. I can talk to some of them but over keying is happening you know how it is. People who know me as 2599 or UNITITY in the Carolinas pump pump your stuff off don't bump bump your stuff down.

Today I woke up and said it's going to be a long day. And want to get my old Speedstick I Big Stick Shakespeare Antenna off the ground but don't have the help. And thought about my laptop and it gets hotter than hell. I need to get this Speedstick off the ground.

I might take a picture of it. And show you all.
