Well, a watergate is typically the term cb'ers use for a tape of on air activity. If you're watergating, you are listening, or most commonly referred to as "reading the mail" The use of the word watergate for this definition, in itself, I believe, originated from the famous washington dc case that we all know involved tapes and an impeached President Nixon. -drdx
