Double shielded coax

When using double shielded coax to attach to a terminal lug mount what do you do with the foil shield? I know that you separate the center and braid and attach the terminals to the ends but do you leave the foil on the center dielectric or remove it all together?

Also, I may as well ask, what is the best way to split the center from the braid? I ask because if a guy were make a hole, so to speak, in the braid and pull the center through it making a Y, if you will, won't that mess up the foil if it supposed to be left on? Or is there a way to un braid the braided shield and not have to grab the center with pliers and yanking it through to separate the two? Yes I know, I am full of questions here...

Thanks kidd. I know there are lots of folks running double shielded coax and certainly they are not all pl 259's rather the terminal lug mount. I'll have to call a tech and ask I suppose.
