fine or course amp wire
whats better for running to a amp. the fine strand wire or the courser wire. ??

I may be wrong and I'm sure someone that is positive could step in. From what I remember hearing, the power is running on the outside surface of the wire. finely stranded wire transfers better because there is more surface area.

Rf runs on the surface so if using wire for an rf ground fine is better because I think there are more strands of fine than less of thicker. But don't quote me is that is the reason why. With electric I would imagine it runs through and on the surface. Perhaps in the case of supplying power fine strand would be more flexible. Like you I'll be corrected too
