Thanks guys, Just trying to do the right thing and give a guy some type of Christmas. My wife says I have a soft heart. That's why I am a Fire Fighter, Emergancy Medical Technician, Combat Life Saver and been in the Military for jut about 20 years. I love to help people. I know when I needed people, they were there for me. This is not the time of year to hold back. Every little bit helps and if I can put gifts under his tree and treat the wife to a well deserved dinner than so be it. He has not contacted me as of yet so, if anybody knows him and can call or something, that would be great.

I am noone special. I have been through what he i going through. I had two kds at the time and if it weren't for the help of others, I would'nt have made it through. I remeber how good I felt and want to pass it on. I also now the meaning of having a good wife and what she has to deal with or what I put her through. If you have a good wife tell her, show her how much you appreciate and love her. I go to work everyday and she never knows if I'm coming home at the end of the day or if she is going to have a Dept. car pull up out front.
Being in the Military as a Military Police Officer and never knowing when I will be called up and when I do, if I'm coming home or the same scenerio as previous.
And with all my radio stuff, never complaining that I spend to much money or time on it. She just says it is my hobby and it could be worse. I could be out drinking, gambing or worse and it keeps me home.
Cowboy is going through a bad time right now. Each person goes through something in thier life which seems life changing. The level is different for all but, for him, this s a bad time and I want him to know that ther are people who care about him, even if they are comlete strangers. The fact that his wife stands by him through this is a testiment to her and I would like her to know how much we as men appreciate a good woman.
My biggest fear is not being able to support my wife or to give her the life I feel she deserves. So NO, I am noone special just someone who care about my fellow man, my Country and the community I live in. I fly my flag proudly and would gladly give my life to support what it stands for and to give my life for a complete stranger is the untimate sacrifice but, one I give freely. Because this is what I feel America stands for.
