To whom it may concern:
Christopher Dulaney (Radio Doctor) is the owner of Snowcap Technology / Snowcap Electronics. I was his webmaster, host, and he sponsored my many other CB radio websites. Many of you have contacted me and asked for my assistance. Due to the numerous complaints that I have received about Chris not fulfilling his orders, and or giving his customer refunds that they requested after not getting their product purchased from him.

I did talk to Chris on the phone and he said that he was not able to fulfill orders cause of his full time job as a truck driver. Then, more and more people contacted me that were not getting their orders, and or their money back. So, I decided to contact Chris via email to advise him that I would not be able to continue to help him on the web.
Really, I do not suggest doing any business with Christopher Dulaney of Snowcap Technology. Because he does not have the time to fulfill the orders. I do suggest that if any of you did not get your orders, and did send Chris money... Do take him to small claims, and get it back...
I am truly sorry for any problems that you had with Chris. I am in no way affiliated with his business. He was just a sponsor of my sites, and I was his webmaster, hosted his site. Let other people know about this, and Please tell us your story!

Ditto...This guy will tell you anything. You send your money, to buy a NEW amp, but what you will get in return, will be anything but new. He will tell you what the box is doing in his truck, but what you will actually See will be far different from what he tells ya...
Luckily, Now I think he is "OUT-Of-Business", but I have also herd he is now selling under a New handle, and New amp name....
If the amp builder is out of Aurora Colorado, don't buy the box.

Hey! I live in Aurora, CO! I've never heard "Radio Doctor" on the radio out here... I did hear something about a builder selling a "1000 Watt 4-pill" to a guy that didn't know much about amps and it turned out to be a 4x1446 box. Yeah, there is probably a reason that you haven't heard from him. He use to be a sponsor of my sites, but the complaints were coming just too much. So, I told him that his site was being taken down, and then I told everyone about all the complaints on the guy...
He might be running from the cops now... He ripped off a lot of people. If the guys name that is selling the amp is Christopher Dulaney, that is him. Don't buy it!

Actually, the Cops found him, at least a couple of times I know of. Some guys on another Forum called the Aurora police dept., and filed charges against him for everything from Mail Fraud, to plain down right stealing. Last I herd, one guy finally got the box that he ordered (only a year and a half later), and I think the other finally got a refund.
