When I went to order my SWP General Lee from Mike, he put together a package for me that insured that each component worked well together with the others. Within hours, some of my coworkers tried to convince me to choose a different radio altogether. Frantic, I called Mike back. He spent a great deal of time explaining things in terms I could understand. He gave me some options. I finally chose to place my faith in the professional (Mike).

I received my order much quicker than originally indicated. All the component parts were perfect. They installed with ease and work perfectly. I am very pleased!

Mike, please accept my sincere thanks for you to take your valuable time with me and make my purchase an outstanding one!

Terry

I use two CBs in my work. I work off the General Lee on whatever clear channel we are using for the job and use the Uniden 520XL to monitor the professional drivers on channel 19. It's not that difficult because the conversations are minimal (just important). I just have to remember to turn off the 520XL when I transmit on the GL. The 520XL is moving to my off-road vehicle. I just bought a used Cobra 29 with a NW front panel to replace the 520XL, but after the radio arrived, I unexpectedly found out that this particular vendor/sponsor does not include mics, power cords, or brackets in their online used 'weekly specials' purchase price. I'll be ordering more items from Sparky (Sparky, and most vendors/sponsors here, ship their radios with mics & power cords) soon and I'll get a new mic for the Cobra & it will be in service soon.
