I have to say about how great one of are sponsors of this board is. Red from Redman CB is on top of what is going on with his web site. I have ordered several things from him in the past weeks. And he answered e-mail's within minutes and on sundays. And shipped the next day, getting them with'in three days. Got a Galaxy DX 2517 base and with the new circuit boards they are using you would not believe how quiet and stable the receive is on these radios. Do me a favor will ya? Keep us posted as to the performance of that combo. I have a bazooka I got over a year ago while on sale from the same folks. Have yet to set it up. I already have a 99 in the air so there is no hurry for me but I have heard great reports on bazookas in general like good performance, low noise and very little splatter. Mine is rated at 1500 watts if I remember correctly.
