No mods, but I have some tune up info for it:

Washington (1001002)

Modulation: Cut R104 (not recommended)
AM Power: VR6
SSB Power: VR7

Replace the loop mixing crystal with 11.3258 MHz crystal, isolate Pin 10 of MB8719 from the board (on these, it's grounded [pulled low] due to the lower frequency crystal), and then you can mod the PLL the way you would a 148 or 2000.

If you leave the loop mixing crystal alone, the radio will do 64 channels under channel 1 and will do 24 above (using all available switching options).
