Coax standoffs

How do you guys run your coax down the tower? Just wire tie, it or do you use the standoffs I see advertised? Is there any advantage? Trying to have everything ironed out before I climb...

I wire tie it . The only advantage of standoffs is to the person selling them they make a few bucks.
