Thread Title says Scanner, your question says CB. This will give you scanner frequencies, I don't really think you will get much on your CB.

they use very low power......you won't even hear them if more than 2 or 3 miles away

ahh darn, perhaps ill drive close to the track and listen for awhile or something. Inless I get tickets i can get a handheld and listen while i watch.
you CAN hear them very well if in sight ....outside the track

listening in the stands is cool........texas 1998
