Router interferance?
One of my best friends lives just down the street. He brings his laptop over to my house sometimes and seems to have a good amount of range with his router. I was joking about firing up my KLV-1000 and knocking him off line. Later on I got to thinking about possible damage that might do to his wireless card/equipment. Any body experience and/or cause anything like this?

It won't hurt a router any more than it will hurt a microwave oven. Both operate on 2.4GHz. Your radio works on 27MHz.askificare wrote:I run power right next to my router and nothing happens.
No issues aside from possible electromagnetic RF 'blanketing' which at worst will knock the signal out temporarily (think of walking into a tunnel with a cell phone).
