I just ordered a 2 pill fatboy from Mud Duck Electronics. I have a 2000 Ford Ranger, I know we got a few ranger drivers here so What will I need to do to properly install it? What will I need to get so I wont have any problems?

I WOULD RUN 10 GAUGE WIRE, RUN BOTH POSTIVE & NEGATIVE TO THE BATTERY, POSTIVE TO POSTIVE AND NEG. TO NEG. GET A JUMPER BY PUTTING INTO A RANGER I WOULD USE 3FT. JUMPER!! HOOK IT ALL UP AND YOU SHOULD BE WALKING THE DOG!!!

I would run either 10 or 8 gauge power wire, with 50Amp anderson quick disconnects... Ground vehicle with grounding straps to help cut back RF... Also make sure that the swr is 1.3 or less... Rg-213 coax or RG-8XX (mini grey)... :-D

Let me know if you need quick disconnects!!!

Good luck with the amp Lord Dragr
