I know some of the old timers out there in radio land still have some of these and refuse to part with them, I am hoping someone here may have one that is not in the air at the moment. I need a measurement of the ring. I need to fabricate a new one. I know the lengths of the individual pieces that make up the ring but need the exact length with the pieces inserted into each other so I get this thing just right. Lost my ring to a Florida hurricane about 11 years ago and refused to part with the remnants.

if you still have the rest of the antenna couldn't you assemble it and measure from the inner to the outer rod and multiply that by 2 for the radius of the ring?
If it didn't work the first time, get a bigger hammer.
