Nice Mobile install mounting Device
While scanning down ebay we found a real nice easy install bracket that uses your seat rail or seat bolt to mount the stand

Wonder who makes these and if any of the forum dealers carries them
I ended up doing the MAKE OFFER option and it accepted the 25.00 offer so if you happen to buy one make a offer dont pay the 29.99 price

Its not a real radio unless it has tubes and USB/LSB on the front panel ....
Re: Nice Mobile install mounting Device
Looks like one of the 'goose-neck' mounts you find for various things. I've seen them used for cell phones, sort of doubt if those would be 'strong' enough to hold up a typical radio. Also seen them made for lap-tops. I figure they'd be strong enough, but sit down before looking at the prices! I've seen a line of mounts like that for radios, think it was in the 'AES' catalog. Used seat bolt mount, in cup holders, bolt on for dashes, bunch of thingys. Ought'a be able to find something you could make work.

i think that's a killer deal for $25, but it would get in the way of my radio and AC and crap. i just ripped out my ash tray underneath the radio and stuff and mounted it there
