Browning mark III VFO

I just bought a PAL VFO Plus , Wanting to hook it to the eagle but it has the wrong crystal in it......its close.
Proper crystal is a 16.420, the vfo has a 16.115(close but no cigar).
Two questions....If I use the 16.115 what happens ??? I assume it would work but be lower frequency..Right ??
Is it as simple as buying the 16.420 and be OK.

I made a mistake on the 1st post....all the freqs. listed are output freqs.....not the crystal freq.
