I don't think anyone currently makes one, but an old yaesu 101 series radio has tube transmit and solid state receive. There is always the tram/browning world as well as other vintage tube type rigs too, but they can be a little high maintenance. You don't hear them on cb, but Collins was the cadillac of the bands and some consider them as still being the top of the scene.

I loved my Yaesu 101E and ran it for years, crystal clear audio.
Great old vintage radio as DRDX posted, but... those 6JS6 tubes are almost non-existent anymore. They made a lot of models of those rigs with many different features.
Good luck and enjoy.

Dont forget the Siltronix 1011c. They are fairly inexpensive, and do very well on ssb. The am audio isnt the loudest, but when paired with a clean mic they do sound great on ssb. I seem to remember mine doing 60-80 watts with a pair of 6lb6 tubes. Some people claim the vfo drifted on them until they were warm, but I never had a problem with mine.

I wouldn't say they were inexpensive tulmkr, I bought my 1011C new in 72, found an old ad , check out the price, they ran about the same price as the Ranger 2995DX does now, and back than I only made less than $4 an hour.

Yes it was and still is a good talking radio, if you have one ,take care of it.

I sold mine a few months back for 100.00 bucks. I honestly didnt think they were going for much more than that.

I believe the Siltronix was one of the best SSb radios back in the day. Still are in most cases. Ive had many of them. Currently I have a 1011 B. It came in the orig box and performs great. And with the output it has it runs great without an amp. Or really can drive a big amp nicely

the yaesu 101 series is prolly the best in my oppinion for tube "all be it , highbred" ssb rigs, browning/tram and all other good buddy tube rigs just dont cut it on ssb, they are better am rigs than ssb and i say this owning both.
