I just got a 2000 Durango and need some advice on installing my Stryker 490. There is not room under the dash. Does anybody have a Durango with an install please give me some advice.

Yup, Had to put it on the Dash board of my 2001 Durango. Used a HUGE piece of double sided tape with the Velcro stuff.
CB: TRC-450, Imax
Ham: FTDX101MP, FT-991A ,FT8900-2 meter crossband rig
Ham Antennas: 570', 500', wire loops, 2M Copper Slim Jim X2, CG-144 mobile

i used to have a 99 dakota. i put mine on the drivers side in front of my knee. im 6'1 so the seat was all the way back and i never had a problem getting in or out of the truck.
