Just bought a new RM Italy KL-400 amp from H&Y. They were great to deal with and answered all my questions. Even when I had to call them back because I forgot the answers. Unit came well packed and was shipped right away. I ordered a jumper seperately and they mailed it with a note reading "We hope you approve of our decision to send this jumper first class for 80 cents rather than Priority for $19". I do approve and I like your sense of humor as well.
