Ok I have a Galaxy 33HP and a Palomar TX100 linear with SSB. Where is the SSB on my radio. I have played around with it but can find anything. I am really new to the sideband stuff. Is this a good linear. I am running a 102" whip and seems like I am only getting out about 5 miles on AM. Also the guy I got it from said to keep my radio on low when I am running the linear. Is this true. Thanks in advance for all of the info.

Hey Mudjunkie, welcome to the forum!

Your Galaxy is AM and FM only, so you can look, but you won't find a USB/LSB switch.
It is very important to not drive that amp with more than 2 watts dead key if you want it to last.
So, enjoy your radio as is or look for one with SSB and try that if you want.
Good luck!
