how much can cost fixing/or replace, modulator / regulator for SSB in galaxy radio ? how hard it's to do it ?

I mean radio works fine on AM but when I press dead key on SSB it looks like squeal , needle on meter is going all over , sometimes is reaching +40 , +50, +60..
I called one guy and he said it is kind of SSB modulator, or regulator broken ... I don't know much about it so I'm asking for help.
I know if somebody will show me which part i have to change , probably i could do it by my self ... cuz i believe that part cost about 43c. if not 78c. and guy from service will charge me $43 if not $78 ...
If you can't help me , tomorrow I'll take radio for service...

Parts i can find here :
http://www.mouser.com/

diagram must be somewhere here : http://www.cbtricks.com/radi ... index.htm
but I can't read it ... i just know how to use soldering gun ...
So... ? anybody ?

OK. I've radio fixed, when I connect everything there still was problem, i think problem that i had , was impedance ... length of coax .... so far everything is fine.
