Let's Chase the Ionosonde aka Chirp Sounder

An ionosonde or ionospheric sounder (colloq. chirpsounder), is a specialized radar system for the examination of the ionosphere. It originates from Germany. It makes the weird pulse noise for a second on all channels. It always moves down in frequency in intervals.Sometimes crossing going in both directions. I tried following it's frequency shift in HDSDR but it moves fast!.
