HR-2510 HELP

hi,my 2510 took a crap on me.turned it on one day after work and had no sound or key up.im getting signals on people but no sound at all,and it wont key up either,not even using the tx button.the week leading up to this it was making crackling noises off and on,like voltage spikes or something even with the antenna unhooked,and when i keyed down when it was cracklin it affected the tx power also...the watt meter would kinda bounce around so i think it was affecting the rx and tx. but now i get signals on the meter on people but no sound at all and wont key up with the mike or the tx button. this is realy buggin me out.i would be grateful if anyone could help me out on this problem...thanks much bones

same thing happens to mine sent it off and tech sent back saying could not see anything wrong with it.i just turn the usb,lsb.am nob and it starts to work has something to do with some pill chip.but mine has not done it any more will no a while.
