Does any one else have this problem? You pull up to a stop light, and all you get is noise. Not a fun noise either. It sucks when I m driving through town. Small town, lots of lights = NOISE. Any suggestions? Or is that that?

I get noise from stop lights, power lines and anything else that has power. Thats a sign of having a good set of ears as far as I am concerned.

I just heard a yellow flashing caution sign. Beep, beep, beep, If that is the case. I got ears.

Yep, good ears on AM means noise too.

I actually heard the RF signature of a truck load of pipe once.

While in town, you might turn down your RF gain, or up your squelch.

Now that I think of it, the RF may be coming from the coils that they put in the road bed to sense the presence of a car, for the traffic light to change.

Lots of RF energy around traffic lights. If you can't hear the noise you don't have ears so it's good that you hear it even though it sucks.
