What is this not sure if its a cb mic or it come out of a school. Not sure what electric and relay switch means. Someone have some info let me know. Thanks

what you have there is an excellent mic for a base station. ( called a turner plus three) they have a very powerful gain so remember that and start low.
the switch on the bottom refers to the type of relay switching in the radio... most later radios you will have this setting on "electronic".

Awful lot of electronic stuff on that bench for not knowing what "electronic or relay switching" means.

lol I build a lot off custom rc scale crawlers. I use to mess with cb radios long time ago just trying to get back in it. I figured it was some kind of power mic just wasn't sure what the button meant on the bottom.
