Rules state that you must be a donor to buy/sell. Not sure how long it has been that way though.
I had access to the buy/sell area up until yesterday I think. I have bought/sold/traded numerous items with members, and been very happy with every transaction. I tried to go to that area today and browse around for stuff, but....
NO DICE.....locked out.
