No the 350 is closly related with the watts it peaks at. The amps drawn out will probably be about 30 amps +/-

You must mean watts, right ?

A TS 350 will do at least 350 watts with a decent radio.. The Davemade 2x4, some claim it will do between 1,000 and 1,200 watts..

I amy be wrong on this but from what I've heard, Texas Star amps don't do as much as what they claim. I'd guess a TS 350 would be a little less than 350 watts PEP.

A Davemade 2x4 will get you over 1000 watts PEP. No doubt about that.
