Amp for Galaxy 98vhp
What would be the best amp to run behind a 98vhp? I know it needs to be a bigger one so it doesn’t go poof but at a loss as to how big

I would use no less than a four pill and you still might have to turn down the RF power on the radio
Keep smiling ...It makes people wonder what your up too !

Would a sweet 16 work and still be able to keep power up or is that pushing it? I know the radio is powerful by itself but I’ve kind of gotten the bug for more power after getting it. Oh by the way it’s in my 14 Peterbilt not sure how to install an amp without harming the truck

Here is a link to a little info on radios and amps;

You can browse through his website on recommended specs on the stuff he sells. The "Sweet 16" if I remember only needs 100w to drive it, more than that is driving it over it's limits, the radio is 200w, you be the judge.
