realistic trc-209 21-1660 walkie talkie cb radio
I got a pair of realistic trc-209's and i cant get them to power on. I have no real knowledge of this kind of radio and cant find much info on them. It didnt come with the AC to DC power plug, so im trying to power them with batteries but not working. It came with dummy batteries but i may not be using them right. Any help would be great. Thanks

I believe the dummy batteries are to be used if you are using regular AA batteries (1.5v x 8 = 12v), it should only take 8 and the 2 dummies, if you have rechargeable batteries you need to use 10 of them,(1.2v x 10 = 12v).
