Ditched the Lil Wil, for my new Tram 3500 today. Wow what a difference. SWR out box 1.3 on 1, 20 and 40. The new Uniden 520 gets delivered tomorrow. Hoping for even better as I find the roof sweet spot.

I’ll report back in a few days.

You will always see a big difference between a short or long whip antenna.

Yes, It’s twice as long as the lil wil was. I noticed the Tram had RG-8x vs the lil Wils RG-58. Hopefully that’s helps a bit two.
