Hello,
It's been a couple of years since I moved and just now getting around to setting up my base station again and I can't find my diagram I made when taking down and packing up my radio from the other house. My question is in which order do I hook everything up? My setup is my radio (Cobra 2000), SWR/power meter, frequency counter, amp, then out to the antenna. I can't remember in which order things should be hooked up. I should remember this but I don't and don't want to take a chance on damaging the radio by doing it wrong.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Steve

Re: setting up base station
Hook up order for most would be radio naturally (I have a watt meter after the radio to watch what is going on), frequency counter (most of these if rf feedthru type needs low watts, typically less than 100), amp, and last a SWR/watt meter to keep another eye on things.
