Need Crystals...
I'm restoring two 6-channel walkie-talkies for local comms/emergency use. I need one pair (transmit/receive) of crystals for Channel 11; one pair for Channel 19; and two pairs for Channel 23. These are the HC-25 "small" type, with pins. Does anyone have, who'd sell them for a reasonable price, or know of a reasonable seller? (Two I've found offer them for $10 PER CRYSTAL!) Thanks in advance.

Yep, crystals online are $$$, best to check flea markets or hamfests (ARRL’s website posts hamfests) if you have any near you. I do have some but at this time my radio stuff is in storage until I buy another place.

Been scouring those when able. I totally understand about things being buried in storage; the rigs I'm tinkering with now I've unearthed after three years. 73, MichaelMDYoungblood wrote: ↑Sep 07 2022, 15:26Yep, crystals online are $$$, best to check flea markets or hamfests (ARRL’s website posts hamfests) if you have any near you.
