Kenwood TS140

Radio is saying PLL unlocked. There are 4 PLL chips and all of them are chained together for the unlock pin to one bus. How to tell which PLL it is?

Looking it up on the internet I didn't find much but it probably isn't a PLL chip but a diode. Look hard at the mod if the "MARS" mod was done and see if a pad isn't solder shorted.
