That starduster did the job and still has smoke left in her even to this day. We had an ice storm that lasted a week in 1976 that had my poor antenna covered like a giant popsicle but she kept on ticking....I will replace her in the summer months with an IMAX or Antron 99 . I have it on a chimney mount on the roof of my moms 3 story house so its up there! I am leaving my cobra 2000 gtl in connecticut and running my RCI-2995 in Texas on my base there. I will have to get another base to put in my grandmothers house in Miami so wherever I go I can talk skip ......
