Hello fellows,
Got a washington, obviously modified, has the 11.3258 crystal installed. Problem is I cannot get usb aligned or working period. No TX or RX. CT3 has been removed and if I put my scope on TP1 USB is 36.171 MHZ(correct freq should be 34.9875). LSB and AM are working after fiddling with the tuning coils. Any ideas as to why the Freq a TP1 is so far off?
