What size of inline fuse?

Hello all, I'm going to run a modified Uniden PC78LTX with an RM Italy 203P amp. So my original idea was to run 8ga with an inline fuse to a distribution block. Then I would branch out from there taking power to the radio and the amp (each would have factory inline fuses from here). What size of inline fuse should I be using coming off the battery and is my current idea a good one?

Greetings
I wonder what modifications you did to that RM Italy box. The fuse size for that should be 10 amps or less. That is a small box so it doesnt need much current.
Here are the 2 videos I did from hooking up my amplifier.

Hope this helps.

Wind, thanks for putting the videos up. Great job! You may want to also put this under Amplifiers/Power Supplies as a quick reference point for others searching for this to make it faster finding. Thanks for putting it under this post to to help Mbertwell.

No problem
The amp I used in the video was a popular search term on Youtube so I went with it.
I can and should change it.
Thanx
