Regency K100 Scanner
My neighbor gave me a scanner that appears to be OK. I couldn't figure out how to get frequencies programed so I did a google search and just happened to find a little blurp on how to get the frequencies programmed. When I turn it on the display says "poor f" ???? Antenna is plugged in so I don't know what this means. Any idea's???
