cobra 146 gtl,no tx audio,rx audio fine

cobra 146 gtl,no tx audio,rx audio fine,checked the mic it checks good on mic tester,changed audio chip no change,other related parts i have changed are mic amp transistors,balanced modulator chip,am regulator,driver,final,d-43 diode,c123,c122,tr42,tr43,tr45,tr46,tr28,tr29,i have also checked for loose connections none found,,kind of at a standstill on this one i would appreciate any help,maybe a voltage check tip ,ect,ect,, thanks much jimmy/pathfinder/259///mississippi
