Noise?

First off just want to say hey to all. I drive a 1994 Chevy Full-Size Blazer. I am having trouble finding the source of a very minor noise issue. When my vehicle is in idling the noise level is the same as it is when it is shutoff. If I rev the vehicle slowly while setting still there is not a noise issue either. However, if i blip the throttle I get a quick sound and meter moves to about a 2db and then returns to 0db and so does the sound. When driving it is worse but only when vehicle is accelerating as soon as my speed reaches 60 or so and the engine rpm's drop the noise is only about a 1db. If i let off of the gas completely it drops back to a 0db. As soon as I step on the gas again the noise returns. Not sure what is causing this. I am running a Wilson 5000 magnetic mount antenna, rg8x coax and a Magnum S-9. I do have my noise blanker on and it does help but does not eliminate the problem. Swr's are below 1.2 on all channels. Just wondering if any one else has this problem and if so how they fixed it. Thanks GHOSTMAN

Check into the intruduction to redios section of the forum and look up grounding, will help a lot. also check where your power wires run from. Battery is usualy better.

and just a note. I have done it all, grounding, power etc. and I have allways had a noise issure with my Dodge. I just ignore it.
